Space Adventure Cobra – Classic Anime

Space Adventure Cobra has been described as a mix of James Bond and Disney and may have influenced Shinichiro Watanabe when he created the more recent space adventure anime series, Space Dandy. I recently discussed the comparison by some anime reviewers between Cowboy Bebop and Space Dandy. … but I feel a fairer assumption might be that the wacky adventures of Space Dandy are more likely to have been influenced by the anime Space Adventure Cobra, than by any other anime of this type.
